Arnold Allen

Cecil Keppel (1 June 1858 in the house on S loane Street in Chelsea in London - April 12, 1942), British sold ier, eldest son of William Keppel, 7th Earl of Albemarle and Soph ia Macnab, daughter of Allan MacNab, Prime Minister of the Provin ce of Canada. He was educated at Eton College. Later he joined the Scottish Guards (Scots Guards), where he obtained the rank of lieutenant and was awarded the Order of the Bath. In the years 1892-1894 served in the House of Commons as a representative of the constituency of Birkenhead.
